Biosketch

Vijander Singh received his B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology Pant Nagar in Uttarakhand in 1995. He received M.E. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2000 and Ph. D in Electrical Engineering in 2007 from IIT Roorkee. He has published many papers in international journals and conferences. He has chaired many international conferences. More than 25 M.Tech theses have been completed under his guidance. At present he has six Ph.D students under his supervision and 2 Ph.Ds are completed. He is working as Associate Professor in Instrumentation and Control Engineering Division at Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, New Delhi, affiliated to University of Delhi, Delhi. His areas of research are Process control, Biomedical Instrumentation, Artificial Intelligence and Image Processing.
