Mr. Pankaj Deshwal is Assistant Professor in the area of Marketing. He has been pursuing his PhD from University of Delhi and holds MBA degree in Marketing from Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow. He has published his work in various journals/publication houses such as Emerald etc. He has been the reviewer of many international journals associated with reputed publication house. His research interests are on the topics like service experience, service quality, customer satisfaction etc. He has been exploring himself in the areas of Business Research Methods and Data Analytics. He has won Mahindra Faculty Leadership Award in 2014. He has been the warden of Boys Hostel-II since November 2012. He has held many additional responsibilities such as Assistant Coordinator (Faculty) and Faculty In-charge (Sanitation & Caretaking) etc. He has been the member of various departmental and institute level committees.
